Kasa Suites, a brand of Atena Construction (“we”, “us”), respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect on kasasuites.ca, why we collect it, and how we handle it, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, property address or postal code, and any details you share about your project.
- Site assessment bookings: the above plus your preferred date and time.
- Design configurator requests: the model, finishes and add-ons you selected, together with your contact details.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, check your property’s eligibility, prepare quotes and assessments, schedule visits, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
How it is stored and shared
Form submissions are delivered to our team inbox (info@kasasuites.ca) and stored on our website, which is hosted in a secure data centre by our hosting provider. If you book a paid assessment, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent to further contact. Email info@kasasuites.ca or call (647) 300-9850 and we will respond promptly.
