Can I put one on any property?
Our suites are built in the backyard or along the laneway of a property that already has a house. Send us your address and we will tell you what your lot allows.
How long does it take?
Most projects go from signed contract to move-in in about 4–6 months. Permits typically take under 3 months and on-site construction about 1–3 months.
Is it a permanent, legal home?
Yes. A permitted suite is a self-contained legal dwelling on a foundation. You can live in it or rent it out.
How do I get a final price?
Start with the free lot review. If your lot works, a Site Assessment gives you a firm, written number. It costs $300 + HST and is credited to your deposit if you build with us.
